What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome, creating memorable check-in and check-out experiences.
• Handle internal and external calls with expertise and efficiency, ensuring every inquiry is met with care.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver above-and-beyond service that exceeds expectations.
• Keep the magic behind the scenes running smoothly by dispatching Service Express Runners and hotel staff via two-way radio.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, maintaining attention to detail.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa , - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22/ hour + potential commissions

Schedule: 8hr shifts, 5 days/week, both AM and PM shifts

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred
