$12-15 an hour – Part-time, Commission

Join our new team at European Wax Center in Lutz or Tampa - Highwoods Preserve!

We are hiring Guest Service Associates. We are open 7 days a week and offer day

and evening shifts.

We are looking for new team members who want to grow with us. You will help

cultivate our guests’ experience by:

• Delivering exemplary first-class customer service that consistently exceeds expectations through answering phones, identifying guest needs, efficiently setting appointments, and politely checking guests in/out.
• The Guest Service Associate will promote and sell Wax Pass Packages and retail products to guests.
• The Guest Associate will possess a consistent, outgoing, cheerful, energetic, positive, proactive, upbeat, and personable personality.
• High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain a professional and clean environment for guests and staff.
• Ability to work flexible day/night/weekend and holiday hours.
• Ability to self-motivate
• Various duties as assigned by Management.
