Our client, an early stage startup in the fintech, payment processing space is looking to add a founding GTM Manager to their team! This is an excellent opportunity to join a startup poised for extreme growth, and operating in a severely untapped market. This role is fully onsite in Midtown, NYC. Please take this into consideration, no exceptions will be made!
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, educate and close new business with a laser focus on payment companies
- Conduct cold-outreach via phone, email and networking
- Carry a quota of ~$750k
- Navigate deal cycles of 6 weeks to 3 months
- Identify and build strong partnerships with payment companies, networking with relevant companies and contacts
- Advise and set the company's overall GTM strategy
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in an Account Executive or Partnerships role at a payments fintech company
- Experience driving top of funnel activity, as well as enablement
- Strong knowledge of the payment space is super helpful
- Self-starter, must have ownership over work and strong attention to detail
- Strong desire to join and build a startup
The base salary for this role is $120-$140k with an expected OTE of $220-250k first year!
