Role Overview In this role, you will identify funding opportunities, craft persuasive grant proposals, and support Creshendo’s growth through strategic funding. Key Responsibilities Grant Research & Identification : Identify and research domestic and international funding opportunities that are aligned with Creshendo’s mission. Proposal Writing : Develop tailored grant proposals that communicate Creshendo’s vision, programs, and impact. Grant Management : Track deadlines and oversee submissions. Collaboration : Work closely with program leaders to understand funding needs and incorporate program details into applications. Funding Strategy : Support funding strategy by identifying new opportunities. Qualifications Ideal candidates: Proven grant writing experience with successful outcomes. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Excellent research skills. Basic understanding of nonprofit fundraising and grant-seeking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
