Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst with a strong background in global fixed income trading support and reconciliation, and proficiency in Python to support a transition from Excel. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our trading operations, ensuring seamless execution, and contributing to the development of automated trading strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for fixed income trading activities, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement processes.
• Utilize Python to analyze trading data, develop insights, and improve operational efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain automated tools and scripts to streamline trading operations and reporting processes.
• Monitor and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of trading activities, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and other internal teams to support trading strategies and enhance operational workflows.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities, P&L, and other key metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
