Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Safety, Contract Administration, and Information Technology Systems), provide strategic oversight for daily train operations and much more.We’ll look to you for:Overseeing and coordinating Contractor's performance of obligations under the Agreement,Exercising authority and autonomy over operations, including decision-making for subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers,Providing mentorship and training to 3 subordinate Assistant General Managers,Attending Authority Board meetings and performance review meetings with Authority staffAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
