Food production workers are responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging food products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $15.00 to $16.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and food products for processing and packaging.
• Machine Operation: Operate food processing machinery and equipment, ensuring they function correctly and safely.
• Quality Control: Inspect food products for quality and compliance with customer specifications.
• Packaging: Package, box, weigh, and label prepared food items for distribution.
• Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area, following health and safety regulations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production processes and completed orders.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
