Who We Are

The Coconut Cult is one of the fastest-growing organic food production brands in the country, producing clean-label, fermented coconut yogurt sold nationwide at Whole Foods, Erewhon, Sprouts, Harmons , and other premium natural retailers.

Our Ogden production facility is clean, modern, GMP-compliant, and highly organized . We are expanding fast and will move to a new, larger, advanced production facility in early 2026 , creating strong growth opportunities for top operators.

This is a hands-on production role , not a management position
— and not CNC machining, welding, automotive tech, or mechanical shop work.

Shift & Schedule

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Monday through Friday

• Full-time, in-person

• Ogden, UT

What You'll Do

• Operate food production equipment for batching, blending, filling, and packaging

• Follow recipes, measurements, and SOPs with exact accuracy

• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product meets specifications

• Support fermentation, batching, mixing, filling, and packaging as needed

• Maintain clean, organized production areas throughout the shift

⭐ End-of-Shift Responsibilities (Critical)

At the end of every shift, you will:

• Fully break down your production equipment

• Perform complete sanitation and cleaning of all parts and contact surfaces

• Reassemble and prep equipment for next-day runs

• Document sanitation steps per HACCP/GMP requirements

(This is a key part of the role — candidates must be comfortable with thorough, repeated cleaning tasks.)

Equipment Experience That Transfers Well

We operate Pack Line Ltd filling and sealing systems. Operators with experience on comparable food-production equipment transition extremely well, including:

• Osgood Industries

• Hinds-Bock

• Syntegon / Bosch Packaging

• Waldner DOSOMAT

• GEA

• Reiser

• Matrix Packaging

• Accutek

• ProMach filling/packaging systems

• Dairy, beverage, nutraceutical, or CPG filling/packaging lines

Experience that does NOT transfer:

• CNC machining

• Welding/metal fabrication

• Automotive mechanics

• Industrial maintenance tech roles

• Machine shop backgrounds

These roles operate completely different equipment and do not align with this job.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 1+ year in food, beverage, dairy, supplement, nutraceutical, or CPG manufacturing

• Comfort with repetitive, structured production workflows

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Stable work history (no chronic job-hopping)

• Ability to perform end-of-shift equipment breakdown and sanitation

Preferred

• Filling/packaging line experience

• GMP/HACCP familiarity

• Batch or fermentation experience

• Previous sanitation or CIP experience

Not a Fit For

• CNC machinists

• Welders

• Automotive mechanics

• Industrial maintenance technicians

• Candidates with multiple short-term jobs

• Those uncomfortable with cleaning/sanitation tasks

• Anyone seeking unstructured or “mechanical repair” focused work
