Responsibilities:

• Reading orders and preparing a vast array of menu items.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate food orders to support accurate and timely delivery to each table.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow recipe and presentation standards to WOW our guests.
• Label food and rotate properly (FIFO).

Requirements:

• We are looking for, at least, 1 year of pizza making experience. Only apply if you have met this requirement and are prepared to make pizza at your interview.
• Open availability.
• Experience with deck ovens & wood pizza peel preferred.
• Slap/stretch dough & prepare pizzas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable and Team-Oriented.
• Ability to work through rush hours without a break.
