Job Description

We are looking for our next Executive Director for our beautiful Assisted living, Independent Living and Memory Care Senior Living facility located in Northern CA. MUST HAVE RCFE LICENSE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly). Also must have 2 year Executive Director experience in Senior Living. We would prefer this individual has a hospitality background and or coming from an luxury higher end senior living campus, we are going in a direction of an upscale/luxury CCRC campus.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a strong ED, a leader with excellent operational experience in AL, IL and MC. The individual must be able to effectively work closely with the team members and have a strong leadership skillset in Senior Care. RCFE is required.

• 2+ years of experience as a ED/ or in RCFE , (CCRC) Environment and Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care.
• History of accomplishments and successes related to position.
• The love of working with the elderly and in a Senior Care environment.
