Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Director role located in Honolulu at Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Budget Management skills
• Experience in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar executive role is preferred
