About the Role: As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of events that showcase the vision and identity of our clients. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, contributing to memorable experiences that exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
Support the creation of event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align event themes and branding.
Manage on-site event setup, registrations, and attendee support.
Monitor budgets and provide administrative support to ensure financial accuracy.
Maintain communication with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Gather feedback post-event to refine processes and enhance future events.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event management tools is advantageous.
