Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support our growing events and marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing, coordinating, and promoting a wide range of events designed to elevate brand visibility and engagement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, brand promotions, and client relations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of promotional events and brand activations.
Coordinate logistics including materials, vendors, schedules, and on-site setup.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all events.
Assist with data collection, event reporting, and post-event evaluations.
Maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and event participants.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the impact of promotional campaigns.
