About the Role

The Event Sales Coordinator is a vital team member within our marketing, sales, and advertising department. This entry-level role offers a comprehensive training program, covering basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research.

Upon successful completion of training, individuals have the opportunity to advance to a Team Leader role and ultimately grow into an Executive Marketing Director position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Results: Develop, support, and execute field marketing campaigns and segment-specific activities to boost sales.
• Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events in collaboration with clients and field marketing managers.
• Campaign Management: Work with corporate teams to develop tailored programs and strategies for diverse market segments.
• Project Coordination: Manage logistics and ensure the success of events, including setup and execution in retail venues.
• Tool Optimization: Monitor existing sales tools, provide feedback on additional needs, and share innovative ideas to enhance campaigns.
• Outreach & Awareness: Publicize events, collaborate with account development teams, and ensure high attendance from target audiences.
• Revenue Growth: Contribute creative ideas to generate revenue for our clientele.
