Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a variety of events that align with our organizations goals and values. From corporate meetings and conferences to promotional events and social gatherings you will manage every aspect of the events ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a range of events from start to finish ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics resources and budgets for each event.
• Develop creative concepts and themes for events that align with organizational objectives.
• Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met across all stages of planning and execution.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement providing insights for future events.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials and marketing strategies to effectively promote each event.

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients vendors and team members.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative event ideas.
