Job Description
Blue Print Out is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to oversee and manage events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, excels in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple departments and with clients.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, client functions, and special projects
Manage timelines, event budgets, and vendor relationships
Conduct venue research and site visits
Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with brand messaging
Track and report on event performance and post-event evaluations
Handle event logistics including setup, registration, and guest coordination
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Serve as the main point of contact during events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for event execution
