Relevant Information - This is not a remote position and is an in-office role--the first 90-120 days are the most critical for training and peer-to-peer mentorship, which requires maximum in-office availability.
Requirements - Exceptional customer service abilities and the natural ability to be authentic.
- Strong verbal communication skills, ability to clearly enunciate and hold long conversations varying from different personalities.
- Ability to research online, reference source materials, and synthesize information into a new form of presentation.
- Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven environment.
