Clinical Management Consultants is excited to offer a rewarding career opportunity for an entry level Remote Medical Sales Recruiter. This is a fully remote position.

In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote Medical Sales Recruiterwill direct recruiting strategies, develop marketing materials, lead interviews with Healthcare professionals and interact with Hospital clients in multiple states. The Remote Medical Sales Recruiterwill specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Leadership, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles nationwide.  In this full cycle recruiting role, the Remote Medical Sales Recruiterwill have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job.  This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting, candidate development and hands-on client consulting.

Previous experience in recruiting, nursing, a healthcare discipline or sales is helpful but not required.

Compensation is well structured and allows top performers the chance to realize their income dreams. The most successful recruiters regularly earn above $250,000 per year. The Remote Medical Sales Recruiterwill earn a Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Annual Bonus Levels, Sales Incentives and full Healthcare Insurance. 

The Remote Medical Sales Recruitershould have a professional home office environment with the ability to work on a remote basis long term. Employees will be working remotely.
