What You’ll Gain - Paid Training with Commissions: From day one, you’ll earn a competitive base salary and commissions during your training period. Our three-month program equips you with the fundamentals of recruiting, cutting-edge tools, and insider knowledge to build a successful career.

- Year 1: $55K–$65K
- Year 2: $75K–$85K
- Year 3: $100K+
