We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Landscape Enhancement Manager to join our team and lead landscape enhancement projects for a diverse range of commercial properties.

Position Overview:
The Commercial Landscape Enhancement Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of landscape enhancement projects. This role involves working directly with clients to ensure their landscape needs are met, managing a team, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a blend of design expertise, leadership ability, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of landscape enhancement projects, from design through execution and post-project maintenance.
  • Lead and supervise a team of landscape professionals, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Develop tailored landscape enhancement plans, including plantings, hardscapes, irrigation, and sustainable practices, based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with clients to determine project goals, provide regular updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee daily operations of enhancement crews, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of projects, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape design, horticulture, and sustainable practices.
  • Proven experience managing landscape enhancement projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, environmental policies, and safety standards.
  • A degree or certification in landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
