Encapsulation Machine Operator | La Verkin, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring Encapsulation Machine Operators for a leading dietary supplement manufacturer in La Verkin, UT. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or cleanroom environments—especially in dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industries.

Responsibilities

• Operate encapsulation machines and sealer equipment according to Batch Records (BRs).
• Perform equipment setups, adjustments, and cleanings following GMP and SOP protocols.
• Track inventory usage and complete real-time production logs and documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations that meet cleanroom standards.
• Collaborate with QA and Production teams to complete line clearances, batch reviews, and address quality issues.
• Support powder batching and raw material staging when needed.
• Report equipment issues or deviations to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain consistent communication to support safe and accurate production flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operation experience (encapsulation or production equipment preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanroom protocol, and production safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and process tracking.
• Basic math skills (measurements, weights, decimals).
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Pay

$15.00 - $18.00 Per Hour DOE

Schedule 

Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Swing Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
