Advanced Troubleshooting Skills
– Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with RF and complex digital circuits, as well as mechanical equipment and test setups.
Technical Knowledge of Electronics and Test Equipment
– Familiarity with RF circuits, digital circuitry, Unix/DOS environments, and hands-on experience using lab and test equipment.
Analytical and Test Reporting Skills
– Ability to analyze test results, interpret engineering specifications, and communicate findings clearly to engineering staff.
Adaptability and Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment
– Strong time management, able to juggle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision during long shifts.
Strong Team Collaboration and Communication
– Must be a team player with good communication skills, ideally with experience using collaboration tools like MS Teams or Slack.
Required Education
