Job Description

Description - Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects. - Coordinate with estimators, engineers, subcontractors, field personnel, and clients. - Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, local codes, and safety standards. - Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. - Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. - Prepare and present progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients. - Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project plans. - Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with purchasing teams. - Resolve project-related issues, delays, or technical problems promptly. - Ensure timely project closeout including documentation, inspections, and customer handoff. This position is part of a 100% employee-owned company, offering an ESOP retirement plan with significant contributions over the past five years.
