**Position Title:** Document Clerk **Pay Range:** $15.00 - $22.00 **Length of Assignment:** 4 weeks (May 21, 2025 - June 18, 2025) **Position Type:** Temporary Only **Work Address:** Modesto, CA 95354 **Job Description:** The Document Clerk is responsible for transferring digital files and content to new folder locations, scanning physical equipment manuals into PDF format, combining PDFs, and creating new document folders. Additionally, this position involves organizing the current storage of hard copy manuals. **Key Responsibilities:** + Move digital files and content to specified new document folders. + Scan physical equipment manuals, convert them to PDFs, and ensure quality standards. + Combine PDF files for comprehensive documentation. + Organize and create new digital folders as instructed. + Systematically arrange existing hard copy manuals. **Requirements:** **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred. **Analytical Skills:** Ability to use Excel to track and document the movement and saving of physical and digital files. **Organizational Skills:** Capability to create, manage, and organize new digital and physical document locations effectively. **Time Management:** Must efficiently complete tasks within the project timeline.
