As the Dispatcher you are at the heart of the company and will assign all of the booked appointments to our Service Electricians and Electrical Estimators and run the schedule. You will handle customer service calls and the scheduling of future appointments for our customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assign scheduled jobs.
• Dispatch the technicians to jobs.
• Handle emergency jobs.
• Handle customer service calls.
• Schedule future jobs.
• Relay vital information to other departments and staff.
• Take deposits and payments from customers.
• Some administrative duties.

Skills Needed:  

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Multi-task abilities.
• Knowledge of Google Docs, sheets, etc.
• Knowledge of Service Titan or similar platform.
• Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a group.
