The Main Dining Room Server is responsible for providing a superior experience to each member and guest in our Main Dining Room. They will create a highly personal dining experience, to complement our exceptional Food and Beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention
  • Attend to customers upon entrance
  • Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
  • Take and serve orders
  • Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Issue bills and accept payment
  • Maintain confidentiality of all members and Club information
  • Follows grooming and uniform standards established for this role
  • Working as a team, effectively communicating with management and co-workers
  • Ensure that member and associate areas are maintained in a safe and secure environment
  • Performs all other duties as directed by immediate supervisors

Qualifications

  • Proven restaurant serving experience
  • Hands-on experience in cashier duties
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety
  • Patience and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • High school diploma is a plus but not required
  • Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance
  • Must be dependable and available to work within the club on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands
  • Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, polite, and energetic
