POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving Troy Lee Designs’ digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and optimizing online campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, analytics, and excellent project management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple digital channels (social media, website, email, PPC, SEO, etc.).
- Task Management & Planning: Use tools like Asana to plan and manage digital marketing activities across multiple team members and across international teams/agencies.
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the creative team to produce and manage engaging digital content, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog posts, and ads.
- Social Media Management: Coordinate with agency and oversee the company’s social media presence, creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience, and building a calendar of social media postings. Bring expert experience in META business management, account set-up & structure, problem resolution, and channel optimization.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Work with digital advertising agencies to manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase ROI and customer acquisition.
- SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and product announcements, while tracking and optimizing their effectiveness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign data. Provide regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and the latest tools to ensure Troy Lee Designs remains innovative and competitive in the market.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the lifestyle, sports, or retail industry.
- Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and the ability to engage with a growing audience.
- Proven experience in running paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with SEO/SEM practices and content optimization.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and experience with email campaign strategies.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative mindset.
- Passion for motorsports, cycling, and action sports is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
