JOB ROLE: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team and take ownership of paid media campaigns across all major digital advertising platforms. This includes but is not limited to Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital channels. The ideal candidate is an analytical and creative thinker who can develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive high-quality leads and measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Develop and execute lead generation and growth strategies tailored to client goals, industry trends, and audience behavior.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring ROI and key KPIs are met across all platforms.
  • Manage budget allocation to maximize efficiency and conversion rates across multiple ad channels.
  • Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and audience segmentation using Zapier and other integration tools.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversions.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.

Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing and optimizing multi-platform digital advertising campaigns (including lead generation, retargeting, and audience segmentation).
  • Strong knowledge of Zapier and experience integrating ad platforms with CRM and automation tools.
  • Experience developing and executing lead generation strategies across various digital advertising channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other ad reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Toast, and/or other CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copywriting best practices.
