BG Automotive is growing and we need help in the MSP Metro. We’re looking for someone to assist our senior sales reps with the physical tasks that they currently perform. This position will work directly with an established sales territory. Learn the basics of our industry while working alongside a seasoned professional.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Adheres to company polices and presents a professional, positive attitude at all times.
• Load materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks and shelves, or vehicles, such as trucks.
• Efficiently pick customers’ orders.
• Exhibit FIFO awareness throughout regular warehouse activities.
• Practice stable stacking patters for outbound shipments; ensure pallet integrity during shipment.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained throughout warehouse.
• Stack and pile materials, such as pallets, as needed.
• Inspect work areas, tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions; follow up with necessary repairs and resolution.
• Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practice.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Must follow strict safety rules.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
