Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets
Review information for accuracy and completeness
Correct any errors found in data submissions
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and sort documents before and after data entry
Follow company guidelines for data formatting
Communicate with team members if information is unclear or missing
Submit completed work within required deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Good typing skills (typically 30–50 WPM or more)
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, typing, file management)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable internet connection and a computer
