We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry and Records Clerk to help maintain accurate and organized digital records. This is an entry-level, work-from-home position ideal for individuals with basic computer skills, a good eye for detail, and a desire to work in a low-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or software systems
  

• Organize and update digital files and records
  

• Verify and correct data as needed
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  

• Retrieve documents or information upon request
  

• Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy
  

• Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
  

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy
  

• Good organizational and time-management skills
  

• Strong attention to detail
  

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
