Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Cruise & Resort Coordinators . In this role, you'll assist clients with planning and booking memorable experiences, including cruises, resort stays, tours, and group getaways. No prior industry experience is required.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and goals
Research and recommend options that fit their budget and needs
Book accommodations, cruises, tours, and packages
Provide excellent service before, during, and after each trip
Stay informed on promotions, destinations, and industry updates
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using digital tools and online research platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Enthusiastic about helping others create meaningful experiences
Must be 18 or older
