Job Description

The Craps/Multi Games Dealer is to deal table games in accordance with company procedures, and state gaming regulations while maintaining a pleasant and entertaining atmosphere for the guests.

Duties:

• Deal table games according to applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules.
• Check and protect all cards when placed on the game.
• Always protect the table bankroll.
• Determine that bets are properly placed and within table limits.
• Make proper payoffs to winning bets and collect losing bets.
• Deposit all currency and foreign chips into table drop box.
• Verify all fills/credits to the table.
• Deal all table games with speed and accuracy.
• Report any unusual situations to Casino Executive.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
• Minimum of 6 months experience.
• Must have excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination and be able to cut chips with both hands.
• Most possess knowledge of the Craps game.
• Proficient in general math skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
