Key Responsibilities for Corporate Recruiter:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse corporate roles.
Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Processes: Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers.
Employer Branding: Promote our brand to attract high-quality talent.
Desired Qualifications for Corporate Recruiter:
Experience: 2+ years in a corporate recruiting role or similar.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
