What we’re looking for:

• First and foremost: 2+ years of writing and/or editing experience
• Work experience in or knowledge of SEO is helpful
• Prompt engineering fluency (ChatGPT/Jasper are used to assist in the writing process, but the final product is heavily human-edited)
• Prior experience with, or knowledge of, WordPress is helpful
• Experience in an agency environment, driving traffic and leads for clients
• Experience in or knowledge of the trades (in addition to the required writing skills) is a huge bonus!

What you'll be doing:

• Wield your AI and prompt engineering skills to create unique content, primarily for Roofing and HVAC clients (10 - 20 blog posts per day, written and entered into the backend of the client’s site)
• Work with the Content team to maintain content quality standards
• Perform blog editing and content entry onto client sites
• Create website and PPC landing page copy
• Stay on the forefront of AI and continually level up your AI knowledge

The salary range for this role is $50,000 -$60,000 annually and will depend on experience. We are in the office 3 days a week and optional work from home on Wednesdays + Fridays.

New hires are required to work in-office 5 days a week for their first month while they integrate into the team. We have a 30-day probationary period in place with all roles.
