LaSalle Network has partnered with a not-for-profit company, that is serving individuals, hospitals and medical associations nationwide. They are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their growing team.


The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for addressing and resolving member problems and complaints, explaining and recommending/upselling products and services, processing financial transactions and delivering service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the organization.



Contact Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union's service promises
• Meets all established sales and service goals
• Possess adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge certification assessment
• Explain and recommend credit union products and services
• Provide general account information
• Provide information on new and on-going promotions
• Address and resolve member problems and complaints

Contact Center Representative Responsibilities:

• 2+ consecutive years of experience working for a Bank/Credit Union
• 2+ consecutive years Customer Service experience
• Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational
• Must be comfortable upselling financial products and services
• Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently
