Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background working for large General Contractor(s) in construction management, project management, and estimating, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to facilitate smooth project execution.

Duties

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, resources, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Implement project management software for efficient documentation and communication.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is delivered.
  • Prepare progress reports for stakeholders detailing project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by effectively communicating with all parties involved in the project.
