MEMCO SER is looking roofer laborers that CAN work in extreme heat in Houston ASAP!
Responsibilities:
Assist roofers in loading and unloading materials
Set up job sites: ladders, scaffolding, safety equipment
Tear off old roofing materials and remove debris
Help install roofing materials under supervision
Clean up job sites daily
Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
Perform other general labor tasks as assigned
Must be comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation to and from job sites or shop
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be punctual and dependable
Construction or roofing experience
OSHA 10 certification (we can help you get it)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
