Job Overview:
Cloud Security Engineer responsible for maintaining the security of cloud infrastructure by identifying, characterizing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities. The role will involve working with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure security best practices are implemented during the design, testing, and deployment of cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess security risks in cloud infrastructure, and work on organizing remediation plans.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers and vendors to implement automated solutions for vulnerability management.
• Conduct security audits and assessments of cloud environments.
• Utilize security tools to detect and resolve vulnerabilities in cloud systems, including Ankor, Tenable, and Checkpoint Software.
• Work with internal teams to ensure security measures are integrated into cloud deployments.
• Monitor and address security alerts within cloud environments, leveraging industry standard monitoring tools
