Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram area.

About the role

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engr III , you will work closely with various clients to demonstrate, implement, and conduct proof of concept (PoC) engagements using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents. We will count on you to have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, leading engagements that include solution demonstrations, technical workshops, and PoC implementations.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales teams, and support functions throughout the solution lifecycle—from ideation to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Design and build scalable solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate, tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Develop canvas and model-driven apps, integrating with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and Excel.
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate, including complex logic and third-party integrations.
  • Prototype and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including the creation and deployment of Copilot Agents.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain technical concepts, solution architecture, and implementation plans.
  • Create technical documentation, training materials, and conduct enablement sessions for client teams.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 technologies, especially SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solution journeys and technical concepts. 
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, including consulting, solution delivery, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and conversational AI workflows. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell scripting, and custom connectors is a plus. 
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, MS-600) are preferred.
