Job Description
We are looking for talented and motivated people to join our Front of the House (FOH) team at our Brookhaven location. This is not your typical fast-food job, here at Chick-fil-A Brookhaven, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a fun, happy and energetic leadership team who are personally vested in your success. Position Type :
Part-Time
Shifts between 8:00am-11:00pm (Saturday's mandatory)
Requirements : 18+
Available to work 20+ hours a week Monday-Saturday and mandatory Saturday's (We are closed on Sunday).
No restaurant experience is necessary
Must be comfortable working outside, if needed
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Responsibilities :
Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say my pleasure
Willingness to assist the team when needed.
Taking orders with speed and accuracy
Checking for product quality and consistency
Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Compensation : $14/hr
