What You'll Do:

Work on high-end remodels across WNY doing:

• Trim, doors, cabinetry, crown, wall panels, wainscoting.
• Specialty carpentry and high-detail finish work.
• Light flooring, framing , and general renovation tasks.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and team members to deliver top-quality results.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in finish carpentry (more is a plus).
• Great eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
• Able to work independently or lead when needed.
• Looking for long-term growth and stability.

The Details:

• $25–$35+/hr , based on experience and value you bring.
• Full-time, year-round work.
• Weekly pay + direct deposit.
• Tools and materials provided.
• 1 week paid vacation after 1 year.
• Paid holidays after 6 months.
• Sick leave provided per NYS law.
• Overtime available.
