**Job Title: Breakfast Attendant - Early Morning**

**Job Type:** Part-Time ONLY
**Reports To:** Front Office Manager
**Job Summary:**We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests during the early morning hours. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience by ensuring the breakfast area is clean, organized, and fully stocked while assisting guests with their needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up and prepare the breakfast area prior to service, including arranging tables, chairs, and buffet stations.- Display food items attractively and ensure all food offerings are fresh, well-stocked, and within safety guidelines.- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, offering assistance, and addressing any dietary restrictions or special requests.- Monitor food quality and presentation, replenishing items as needed throughout the breakfast service.- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including promptly clearing tables, washing dishes, and disposing of waste.- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area.- Assist in maintaining inventories of food and supplies and reporting any shortages to management. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach to perform various tasks.
