Description We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and over five years of experience in high-volume billing within the service industry, such as plumbing or electrical services. The successful candidate will excel at managing invoicing processes, resolving billing issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Handle high-volume billing operations, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time. - Review service contracts and documentation to verify billing details and prevent errors. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address and resolve billing discrepancies. - Provide support for B2B collections as necessary, maintaining a detail-oriented approach. - Maintain detailed and organized billing records to support compliance and audit requirements. - Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - Generate and present billing reports to track account statuses and identify potential issues. Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in high-volume billing within the service industry. - Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Familiarity with Sage Intacct is highly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
