**Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team. As a Billing Coordinator, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting contract billing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.** **Job Title:** Billing Coordinator **Location:** _MN, Albertville_ **Pay Rate:** $ 24.14 / Hourly **What's the Job?** + Review and analyze contracts to identify billing specifics, amendments, and escalation provisions. + Enter contracts, amendments, and rate escalations into the billing system. + Produce monthly invoices for fixed and variable billing components. + Reconcile general ledger accounts associated with the billing process. + Coordinate with project teams to obtain data, approvals, and resolve billing-related inquiries. **What's Needed?** + Experience performing professional accounting duties within billing processes. + Ability to understand accounting and budget processes, internal controls, and bookkeeping procedures. + Knowledge of automated accounting systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Coupa, and related platforms. + Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks. + Typically 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent background demonstrating capability. **What's in it for me?** + Medical insurance + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Life insurance + Weekly Payment If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
