Our client in Southwest Houston is seeking a Recruiter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
• Recruit candidates to fill roles ranging from Senior Leadership, Sales, IT, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production and Operations.
• Collaborate and consult with hiring managers to advise on recruitment processes and market trends.
• Utilize social media sourcing and branding to support recruitment efforts.
• Acts as liaison and vendor manager with area employment agencies.
• Coordinates appropriate pre-employment testing and verification processes.
• Manage the verbal and written contingent job offers and negotiation process.
• Use data, analytics, and industry insights to support Talent Acquisition conversations and present information in an effective manner.
• Completes weekly report on employment activity.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
• 5-7+ years of full cycle recruiting is required
• Experience recruiting both corporate and field positions is required
• Large ATS system experience required, with a preference in Workday
• Supply Chain industry experience is a plus, not required
