Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Seasonal Warehouse Manager to oversee operations during peak season. This role is responsible for managing staff on the assigned shift, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Seasonal Warehouse Manager will work closely with the shift lead to drive team performance, provide coaching, and support employees in achieving warehouse KPIs.

Peak season: November 2025 – February 2026

Bi-Lingual Spanish Preferred

MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE

-1st -2nd -3rd - Weekends-

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support all shift employees alongside the shift lead
• Assist in training new hires and providing regular support
• Ensure staff meet or exceed picking LPH (lines per hour) and daily/weekly order-picking KPIs
• Conduct regular coaching, delivering both verbal and written corrective actions when necessary
• Serve as a positive leader and role model, representing the agency’s values and fostering a productive team culture
• Manage daily employee check-in and check-out of required tools and PPE
• Oversee and enforce daily cleaning, housekeeping, and safety standards in the warehouse
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support operational flow to ensure orders are completed on time
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required
• Willing to submit to drug and background screening
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate staff to achieve goals
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and housekeeping practices
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during peak season. ALL OVERTIME IS REQUIRED
