Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective therapy
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior management
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
