We are a dynamic startup company dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to reach their full potential through compassionate and effective treatment.
Founded in Santa Ana, PALS ABA is proud to call this vibrant community home. Our founder, a native of Santa Ana with years of experience in the field, is deeply passionate about giving back to his community by offering exceptional ABA services. With our first ABA center located in Santa Ana, we are now excited to announce the opening of a new center in Fullerton, CA, conveniently located across from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). We encourage CSUF students and alumni to apply as we continue expanding our reach to support even more families in the area.

Position Summary:
PALS ABA Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team! As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
