As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or

catering services. • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. • Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards. Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards, banquet service, and catering operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and various beverage types is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
